In seeking to participate in a tour/safari conducted by Cyan Tours and Travel Limited, We agree to provide the service under the following terms and conditions:

1. Clients are expected to pay an immediate 30% Deposit THROUGH THE BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD and the balance prior to the start of the safari.

2. In case of cancelation, the cancellation policy below will apply;

-Refunds will be in the form of a credit note to be used for later use.

If the cancellation arises out of a terror threat or natural events, the hotels will not charge for a no-show but will issue a credit note for the deposits to be utilized for future visits.

3. Cost Inclusions & Exclusions as per the detailed program.

4. Cyan Tours and Travel Limited will acknowledge receipt of 30% deposit to CLIENT ACCOUNT once the money is credited into the account.
